• Support communications: emails, chats, and call notes.
• Logs: message delivery/meta from our messaging provider(s).

• Provide and operate the Service (including sending SMS reminders).

• Authenticate, secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot.

3) Sharing & processors

We share information with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including:

4) SMS consent, opt-out, frequency (including CASL)

• We send SMS only to recipients who have provided consent to the dry cleaner using the Service.
• Each message includes opt-out instructions. Reply STOP to end messages; HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies (typically a due-date reminder, then one per day until pickup).
• For Canadian recipients, we follow Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Dry cleaners using the Service must obtain valid express or implied consent and maintain consent records.

5) Cookies & tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to provide core functionality (e.g., login), remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies via your browser settings; essential features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
